RATES:
My rates are a flat fee of £15.00 per hour and you are billed by the minute (25p per minute), which is “timestamped” so you will only pay for the work I do; I do not charge for taking breaks. There is no minimum charge.
The price quoted includes labour, emailing, one hard copy of the document and one CD (if requested) sent by first class mail. Proof of postage will be obtained. The price does not include extra hard copies of the document or CDs and items sent by Registered Post or Recorded Delivery, Courier Service or Parcel Force. Avocet Business Solutions cannot be held liable for any item that is lost in transit.

I will be happy to provide an estimate for work, based on the information given by you. However, I reserve the right to amend this estimate should the work become more protracted than expected. For all estimates over £100.00, please may I have 50% deposit in advance.
Invoicing and Payments
An Invoice will be sent to you within 7 working days of completion of work. Payment terms are strictly 30 days thereafter.
Payments may be made by cheque payable to Julie J Farrell, via BACS (details on Invoice) or by Paypal.
